Here are 5 quick fire questions with Daniela:

1. What's your go-to pre-workout snack?

I don’t normally eat before working out but if I’m in a rush and have to grab a quick snack I’ll usually have cashews, unsweetened almonds or a hemp milk based smoothie.

2. What's your current favourite track to sweat to? 

I find favorite songs every week.. But I’m really digging The Blaze’s new album ‘dancehall’. Otherwise 90’s R&B and Latino remixes always pump me up! 

3. What's your favourite exercise?

Core exercises and Squats (jumping squats, pulsing squats... basically any variation of squats ;)) and I also love a good yummy yoga stretch.

4. What's your least favourite exercise?

Mmm probably any shoulder presses with heavy resistance... they kill me! 

5. Top tips to keep your energy levels high? 

Hydration, good sleep, movement and balanced nutrition are key, as well as finding the things that make you smile every day.
