1. What's your go-to pre-workout snack?

I'm an avid foodie, so it ranges from a banana or a piece of dark chocolate (if I can stop at one...) or a few cookies. 

2. What's your current favourite track to sweat to? 

Tough question, but at the moment “Jeune Femme - Linky First” makes me wanna dance.

3. What's your favourite exercise?

Anything that works glutes and abs. 

4. What's your least favourite exercise?

V-position at the barre...oh man it burns so good

5. Top tips to keep your energy levels high?
