We're very excited to introduce to you Géraldine, our newest graduate from the BEAT Academy! 

She is a national and international competitor in a competitor in CrossFit, weightlifting, bodybuilding and powerlifting, but equally passionate about yoga and nutrition.

Green smoothie (avocado, cucumber, basil, pineapple and coconut water)

At the moment: Drop That Low (when I Dip) - Tujamo

3. First thing you did this morning?   

Gave my boyfriend a kiss and had 5dl of warm water with lemon

4. Deadliest HIIT exercise? 

Plank on wallball (ugh!)

5. What motivates you the most? 

To train surrounded by the people I love
