INTRODUCING: THE BEAT LAB

A SPACE TO TRIAL, TEST & SWEAT


Over the past few months we've been experimenting with new, sweaty, stretchy and dynamic formulas...

We're finally ready to present to you; the BEAT LAB. 

Over the next few weeks you will notice new class types under the name BEAT LAB: X. At BEAT Fitness we always try put our community at the heart of everything we do. Our instructor team has worked hard to put these new classes together and you, our BEAT community, will have the final say whether these classes be added to our permanent schedule or not.  

WHAT IS IT?
  • 3 new experimental class types: SCULPT, STRETCH & LIFT 
  • These classes will be on the schedule temporarily... or not. You decide whether they stay! 
HOW IT WORKS
  • Book your spot in a BEAT LAB class as you would a normal class, using your series credits
  • After the class you will receive an email with a survey asking for your feedback 
  • We will use your feedback to determine whether the classes be added to the permanent schedule

STRETCH

A gentle class to release built up tension and stiffness in your muscles using a combination of active, passive stretching and self-massage exercises to leave you feeling relaxed, improve your mobility and function, and enhance your overall longevity!

SCULPT

Energizing combination of heart pumping cardio, interval-training and yoga taught to the beat and incorporating hand weights to strengthen and sculpt your whole body and heart, all while having fun. 

LIFT

A functional strength training workout using weights to boost your strength and endurance through bursts of cardio and lifting. Learn how to progressively lift with proper technique and feel empowered.
