- What does "Fitness" mean to you
For me fitness is an opportunity to connect with your body and push yourself to new limits.

- What is your favorite time to workout?
Definitely in the morning, to start the day with full power

- What is your favorite workout ?
My favorite workout is a power flow, which combines elements of strengthening and opening the body.

- What is your favorite song to workout to?
Right now I'm listening to Agit by Islandman 

- What is your best advice for someone who wants to start FLOW YOGA?
Yoga is for everyone, you don't have to be flexible or muscular.  Don't try to compare yourself to the person next to you, accept your body as it is and adapt the poses to your needs.
