AVOCADO LIME POPSICLES

Not only are these Avocado Lime Popsicles refreshing but they make an ideal recovery post-workout snack.

INGREDIENTS
Makes 8 servings
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- lime zest
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend avocado in a high speed blender or food processor
- Add banana, coconut cream, honey, lime juice & zest
- Pour into posicle moulds and freeze for 6 hours
