BREAKFAST WITH JENNA

Breakfast is my most important meal hands down. As soon as I wake up I have a glass of water followed by breakfast which includes fresh fruits, plain yogurt, Crusly cereal, nuts and a spoonful of honey.

I cannot go without my freshly squeezed carrot and orange juice as well! Having breakfast allows me to be fully charged for the day without getting any naughty cravings between breakfast and lunch.
