9 TIPS TO A HAPPIER FLOW

BEAT Instructor Clélia's tips to a happier healthier FLOW:
- Use your breath to guide your FLOW. Breath first and asana will follow.
- Don't do the pose, experience the pose. Explore, find some freedom in each posture.
- Close your eyes sometimes. It helps you connect to all sensations.
- Engage your bandhas! They will make you fly on your mat and help you with smoother transitions.
- Don't take it too seriously. It's only yoga - play, try, fall & try again.
- Avoid comparing yourself to other people in the room. Every body is different and beautiful, so take this time to keep discovering.
- Practice, practice, practice. Consistency and patience are key.
- Be kind to yourself.
- Remember that you're the one that knows your body the best. Feel free to modify and make each pose work for YOU.
