June marks the beginning of summer and brings the longest day of the year. Take advantage of those extra daylight hours and earn extra class credits by completing Joao’s June Challenge!
JOÃO'S 3 + 30 + 300 JUNE CHALLENGE
Each week starting June 12 your weekly challenge is as follows:
3 BEAT FItness classes (HIIT, RIDE and/or FLOW)
30 minutes of Running, Cycling or Swimming
300 seconds of these bodyweight exercises:
- 100 secs of Push-Ups - perform as many as you can without stopping, on your toes (drop down to the knees if necessary).
- 100 secs of Squats - imagine your heels are glued to the ground with your booty pushed back- don't let your knees go past your toes! Do as many as you can without stopping.
- 100 secs in Plank - get into a pushup position and place your forearms on the ground with your elbows aligned below the shoulders. If needed drop your knees to the ground.

Each week in June you can earn a free class at BEAT for taking on Joao’s 3 + 30 + 300 Challenge.
Here’s how to claim your free class credits:
- Take x3 classes a week at BEAT
- Take a photo of one of your 30 or 300 workouts and tag @beatfitnesshq on instagram with hashtag #beatfitnesschallenge
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add a class to your account
