In order to make the most of your time investment, you might as well have fun and enjoy it, so she leads her class with great beats, some attempts at jokes, and hopes that you leave with a sweaty smile.

A former team sports player turned yogi, she brings her experience of working with those around you to push yourself further and her training in yoga and group fitness to make the most of every class. Lauren is a recent expatriate from the United States and leads her RIDE classes in English but is working on her French and has taken courses in Spanish.
