Finola

Finola graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from King’s College London in 2011. Since then, she has continuously expanded her expertise in health and wellness, including psychological therapies for pain, women’s health, prenatal and postnatal fitness, Pilates, HIIT, and yoga.

She has been teaching yoga for many years, both in London and online, reaching students from all over the world. In 2020, she co-authored Strength Through Yoga, an online postnatal guide that has supported thousands of women and inspired a series of follow-up programs designed for every body.

Combining her background in physiotherapy and yoga, Finola offers classes designed to improve long-term wellbeing, relieve pain, build strength, and help prevent common injuries and health issues.
