You supported us and bought vouchers for BEAT Fitness on the WelQome platform: THANK YOU
Once you have received your voucher here's what you need to do:
- Send the WELQOME PDF containing the QR code and alphanumeric code to lausanne@beatfitness.ch.
- We will then convert the amount of your WelQome vouchers into Store credit (or purchase credit) available on your BEAT Fitness account.
- You will then be able to use this Store credit for the series and class credits or for your purchases at the studio (drinks, accessories, clothing).
- When paying online, click on "APPLY" next to "Store Credit Available" at the top of the page.
- Verify that the correct amount has been applied (you will have to pay the balance in another way if the purchase credit is less than the price of the product/service purchased).
Conditions
WelQome vouchers must be activated before August 31, 2021.
To transform your WelQome voucher into a BEAT fitness purchase credit you must send the unique code to the following email address: lausanne@beatfitness.ch before 31.08.2021- The store credits on your account can be used to purchase any credit or series on the purchase page or any product sold at BEAT studio (except for gift certificates or other indications).
- Please note that you cannot use store credit to purchase a gift card. If you wish to offer BEAT credits via the WelQome offer, you must transfer the Qoqa voucher directly to your friend / relative who will have to follow the procedure mentioned above.
- Once activated on your Beat Fitness account, store credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
- Store Credits cannot be applied for payment and membership renewals.

How does BEATHOME On Demand work?
BEATHOME On Demand is our unique online platform where you can have unlimited access to a compilation of BARRE, BOXE, HIIT & YOGA workouts ranging from 10 to 60 minutes as well as BEATHOME Special classes led by your favourite BEAT instructors.
Head over to the BUY page to get your monthly On Demand subscription. Once purchased, you'll find the On Demand platform on ACCOUNT next to MY CREDITS.
The On Demand subscription is an automatic monthly payment made by credit card which you can cancel at anytime under the MY CREDITS page.
With the On Demand subscription you also have unlimited access to all BEATHOME Live Classes which you can find on the BOOK page.
- BEATHOME Live Classes
How do BEATHOME Live Classes work?
In order to receive the Link for the class you need to sign up for a BEATHOME Live Class on our BOOK page using a BEATHOME Credit or your BEATHOME unlimited membership.
These classes are hosted on Zoom and you will receive a Zoom link via email a few minutes before the class begins.
You can purchase individual BEATHOME Credits or sign up to BEATHOME On Demand which gives you unlimited access to all of our BEATHOME Live Classes as well as access to our online platforme which includes a compilation of BARRE, BOXE, HIIT & YOGA workouts ranging from 10 to 60 minutes as well as BEATHOME Special classes led by your favourite BEAT instructors.

Am I fit enough?
Yes! We are here to motivate and support you.
We don't have beginner/intermediate/advanced classes because all of our classes can be adapted to your level - you push as hard as you want to. If you are worried about your fitness level, speak with the instructor before the class. They are all highly trained professionals who can help you make necessary modifications.

How can I try your classes ?
That's easy! Create an account in less than 2 minutes and choose our trial offer which gives you the chance to try 3 classes for CHF 25 per class!
It's fast and it's contract-free.
The trial offer is valid for 21 days from the day of purchase.
- Waitlist
How does the waitlist work?
If a class if fully booked you can join a Waitlist for that class.
- If a spot frees up more than 12 hours before the class - customers on the waitlist are automatically enrolled in the class (in chronological order) and will receive a confirmation email.
- If a spot frees up less than 12 hours before the class - customers on the waitlist are not automatically enrolled in the class, and should therefore check regularly on our booking page for last minute cancellations. Please note that you must remove yourself for from the waitlist before booking your spot.
To respect all our customers, please be in class 5 minutes before the start time. 5 minutes before class starts, unoccupied spots will be released to other customers on the waitlist.
- Cancellation
Can I cancel my class?
You may cancel a class up to 12 hours in advance of the class via our website. Go into your account, click on "my classes" then chose the right slot and click "unreserve"
If your cancellation is received up to 12 hours in advance you will automatically have one Class Credit refunded to your account.
If your cancellation is received less than 12 hours before the class, the credit will not be returned to your account.
If we cancel a Class you will automatically have one Class Credit refunded to your account.
For BEATHOME Live Online Classes: you may cancel up to 30 minutes in advance
- Substitue instructors
My instructor has been substitued can I cancel?
We try to avoid last minute changes but sometimes they do happen.
If the class starts in more than 12 hours you can cancel your attendance from within your account and book another class.
Please contact hello@beatfitness if your class starts in less than 12 hours and you would like to cancel because of an instructor substitution.
- Sharing classes
Can I share a class series with a friend or partner?
It's not possible to split or share a series with a friend or partner, however you can gift your friends with a CHF 10.- discount using our referral program or by purchasing a custom-made gift card on our site!
- Booking window
How far ahead can I book a class?
Our Booking Window opens each Monday at 12:00 for the following week.
You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before a class starts.
If you want to book into a class less than 30 minutes before a class starts please add yourself to the walk-in waitlist in the studio.
- Expiry date
Why do classes expire?
Credits have an expiry so that you will be motivated to book into classes.
The expiry date of each Class Series is on the BUY page. The more classes you buy the longer the expiry date.
You can book your spot using your series for any class that takes place between the purchase date and expiration date (day of expiration included).
We cannot extend the expiry dates of class credits. Please contact hello@beatfitness in cases of injury or pregnancy.
- Activation date
When does my Class Series start?
Your class series is activated from the day that you buy your class. You can also find the precise date of activation on your account under My Series

- Student discount
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes! We offer a 20% student discount (undergraduate only). Please set up an account and send a photo of your current and valid student identity card to hello@beatfitness.ch
The student discount applies to online purchases of 20/30/50 Class Series packages.

Please check your spam filter and add hello@beatfitness.ch to your list of contacts.
- Health insurance
Is BEAT Fitness registered for health insurance reimbursement?
Not yet but it’s in process – In the meantime we advise you to keep your receipts. Some insurance company can still reimburse a certain amount per year if you provide a proof of purchase.
- Gift Certificates
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do ! During the WelQome Operation, the best way to gift your friends with BEAT Fitness is to buy a WelQome voucher.
Once you have the WelQome coupon, you have 2 options :
- You can directly transfer the voucher to the lucky person with a nice message telling them to contact us at lausanne@beatfitness.ch to activate it (best option)
- Or, if your friend/loved one already has an BEAT account, your can ask us via lausanne@beatfitness.ch to credit the voucher directly on their account. You will need to tell us the full name and email address.

- Pregnancy
Can I workout now that I'm prgenant?
We recommend the you follow the advice of your doctor.
Please talk to the instructor before class if you have any question. They will help you workout safely !
- Lost property
I forgot my things - have you got them?
We check the changing rooms after every class and store lost property for 1 week.
Please come to the studio during class hours as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
- Minimum age
Is there a minimum age?
Yes, we accept teenagers above 16 to come join our classes.
