How do I get started?
First, set up your account !
Here at BEAT you can choose the plan that fits your lifestyle and your health and fitness goals.
You want to keep it casual ? We offer pay-as-you-go credits that you can purchase here
If you need more guidance and if you are ready to commit to your health and fitness we also offer memberships available after a free consultation here.
Once you have an active series or membership you can book your classes online and start making healthy living a habit.
Make sure to check our WORKOUTS page to know more about our type of classes.
To book into a class you need to buy class credits. One class equals one credit.
You can buy credits from the BUY page. The more classes you buy the lower the price and the longer the expiry date.
If you can’t buy online you can pay with card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, V Pay or Maestro card) or TWINT at the studio. Please set up an account online before and arrive at least 20 minutes before your class starts to give our team the time to help you.
- Booking a class
You can book your class and reserve your spot online on our BOOK page.
You can book 1 spot per class.
Our Booking Window opens each Monday at 12:00 for the following week.
You can book a class online up to 30 minutes before a class starts and if you want to book into a class less than 30 minutes before a class starts please add yourself to the walk-in waitlist in the studio.
15 MINUTES - First timers check-in
For your first class you should aim to arrive 15 minutes before your class starts.
10 MINUTES – First timers induction
If it’s your first Ride or Boxe class you must be changed and ready outside the studio door 10 minutes before the class starts for your induction.
For your safety if you are not ready to start your induction 10 minutes before your first class we will book you into another class.
5 MINUTES – Check-in deadline
You must have checked in in 5 minutes before the class starts. If you haven't checked in 5 minutes before the class your spot will be released to people on the walk-in waitlist.
2 MINUTES – Ready to go
Everyone must be changed and ready for the class
0 MINUTES – No late entry
Once the studio door is closed we cannot allow you into the class under any circumstance.
We suggest you wear a t-shirt or tank top with form fitting leggings or shorts.
For RIDE, we provide the shoes, you bring your socks.
For HIIT, you will need clean indoor trainers.
For BOXE, we provide the gloves you bring your straps (we sell some at reception for 10.-)
- Cycling shoes
We provide you with cycling shoes.
The bikes at BEAT Fitness have pedals which you clip into with cycling shoes. Clipping in creates a strong and safe connection between you and your bike, enabling you to work harder and target core muscles.
If you bring your own cycling shoes we recommend Look Keo Pedals but the pedals have SPD too.
- Yoga mats
We provide yog mats, straps and blocks. Spend less time packing workout gear, and more time working out!
You'll be working hard so make sure you bring water!
We do not sell plastic water bottles but we sell reusable bottles and have water foutains to fill them up.
Our studio has changing rooms with lockers to store your valuables whilst you workout and our front desk is staffed during your workout so your stuff is safe and secure. Please leave your phones in your locker.
We have 10 showers in the ladies changing room and 6 showers in the mens changing room.
Our showers are stocked with shower gel and shampoo and some hairdryers so you can freshen up after your class.
We provide sweat towels and shower towels, so you get to pack less sports gear and do less laundry!
Now you can workout before work, at lunchtime or before your big night out!
If a class if fully booked you can join a Waitlist for that class.
A spot on the waitlist is a chance to take advantage of last minute openings. So keep your sport kit ready with you at all time and be ready for your class. Here is how it works :
- If a spot frees up more than 12 hours before the class - you are automatically enrolled in the class and will receive a confirmation email.
- If a spot frees up less than 12 hours before the class - you are not automatically enrolled in the class but will receive an email if a spot frees up, and you can also check regularly on our booking page for last minute cancellations. Please note that you need to remove yourself from the waitlist before booking your spot.
- Last chance - you can always come straight to the studio 10 minutes before the class, and if another customer does not show up 5 minutes before the class, you will get their spot
All customers must be checked-in 5 minutes before the Class starts. 5 minutes before Class starts unoccupied spots will be released to customers on walking waitlist.
- Walk-in waitlist
If you would like to try and get a spot in a full class, let the Hospitality team know at reception that you would like to be added to the walk-in waitlist.
In case of late cancel, or if a customer does not show up 5 minutes prior the class, the unoccupied spots can be reattributed to the customers on the walk-in waitlist on a first come first serve basis.
You can only be added to the walk-in waitlist in person, not by email or via the website.
You may cancel a class up to 12 hours in advance of the class via our website.
If your cancellation is received up to 12 hours in advance you will automatically have one Class Credit refunded to your account.
If your cancellation is received less than 12 hours before the class, the credit will not be returned to your account.
If we cancel a Class you will automatically have one Class Credit refunded to your account.

BEAT Store Credit
You can add store credit onto your account which you can then use to purchase retail items, straps etc... at the studio. You can top up your store credit at the studio using card or TWINT.
In Store Purchases
Retail items, boxing straps, bottles and credits can be purchased at the studio using debit card (except Post finance), credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, V Pay or Maestro), TWINT or Store Credit.
