Originally from Finland, Mari discovered early on that feel-good energy that comes from moving her body.

Allowing herself to experience various sports, discovering fitness, ballet, dance and yoga throughout her life, she found her passion in sharing those moments of excitement, pushing ourselves out of comfort zone, realizing our potential and having fun in the process.

Thanks to her ballet background, Mari puts focus on proper form and core activation, combined with motivating music to help you challenge and connect to your body in new ways.

You will leave her class feeling energized, stronger and ready to take on the day.

Mari teaches mainly in English but she is also fluent in French.
