Passionate about movement in all its forms, Paula draws her energy from the richness of her journey. Originally from Chile, she lived in Belgium and the Spanish Basque Country before settling in Switzerland. With a background in physical education, she brings over 10 years of experience in fitness and teaching disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, dance, acroyoga, and more.
For Paula, movement is an act of self-love. She sees sport as a powerful path to transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Movement, for her, is a source of vitality, connection, and freedom.
In her classes at BEAT Fitness, expect a dynamic, mindful, and supportive experience. Paula guides you with precision, energy, and passion. You’ll sweat, challenge yourself… and leave feeling more aligned, stronger, and more alive.
She teaches in French, Spanish, and English, always adapting her sessions to the moment’s energy and each person’s level.
