Clelia started yoga in London, in parallel with her dance training at the Laban Centre.
She decided to deepen her practice by following a first Vinyasa Flow teacher training with YogaLondon.
She continued with a second training in India at Sampoorna and obtained the 500 hours certification.
Pilates was a natural addition to the palette, following the Stott Pilates training which allowed her to deepen her anatomical knowledge and to individualize and modify the exercises according to each person's physical possibilities and goals.
Passionate about movement and the intelligence of the body, she continues to train alongside the classes she teaches, so that she can continually share her new knowledge with passion.
