Géraldine has a background of swimming (former national team) and running. She has discovered yoga and nutrition after an injury. Both became a passion and evolved in a way of living.
Currently, she is a competitor in CrossFit, weightlifting, bodybuilding and powerlifting both nationally and internationally. She teaches HIIT, CrossFit, yoga and nutrition in French, English, and "Frenglish".
During her classes, Geraldine will push you to "maximize your minutes" (spent working out). She likes to challenge people and make them overcome mental barriers. You will get out the her class feeling energized, strong and proud of yourself.
Her mantra is : "Pay the man !" It comes from the Navy Seals and she uses it when she's reaching her limits during training or a competition to remind herself that you have to put in the work to reach your goals.
