What is HIIT?

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is the most effective way to get fitter, faster and leaner quickly. In our HIIT class you will give 100% all out efforts followed by periods of active rest. HIIT increases your heart rate and helps you burn more fat, you will continue to burn fat after you have finished working out. At BEAT Fitness our HIIT class includes a dynamic warm up, bodyweight exercices, functional training circuits, stretching and an energising cool down.
