  • Q: What do I need to wear?

    A: Wear workout clothes you're comfortable in and clean sport shoes

  • Q: What do I need to bring?

    A: Don't forget your water bottle and your sport shoes.

  • Q: What if I've never done HIIT?

    A: No worries, our HIIT classes are open to all levels. Your instructor will give modifications throughout the class.

  • Q: What should I expect?

    A: Expect different series of Interval training circuits with a mix of cardio, body weight and equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells and bosu balls
