Q: Why Join Lift ?
A: LIFT is good for everyone but especially if you are:
- New to (strength) training, with LIFT, you’ll build the right habits from day one
- Coming back from some time off or injury, with LIFT, you’ll rebuild your base safely
- Looking for more structure or more attention than regular classes offer, with LIFT, you will get the coach’s eye you need to adjust and progress your training.
- Already doing STRENGTH or HIIT at the studio, with LIFT you’ll sharpen technique and go to the next level
- You want to experience more personalized coaching at a sustainable price. -
Q: I’ve never lifted weights before, can I still join ?
A: Absolutely ! As LIFT is a small group setting, no matter where you are at, the program will be adjusted to your needs, goals, and level.

Q: How is it different from STRENGTH classes ?
A: LIFT is a more structured and progressive strength program that consists of a 4 week focus on each of the following lifts : Deadlift, Squat and Press with the Barbell.
With the coach having only 4 persons in the room to focus on, you will get personalized cues and progressions for the program to be really fitted to YOU, your goals and your needs
In LIFT you track your progress (the load, the feeling, the movements…)
LIFT give you a new supportive space where you can move at your own pace and get actually get better each week
It means that you’re going to start where you are at, and progress every week.
If you can’t lift with the Barbell, we will give you other options like dumbbells, or kettlebells.
If you want to work more on power : we will give you power options (lift faster, jump more…)
If you want to get more cardio : we will give you more cardio options etc.. -
Q: How can I join ?
A: LIFT is accessible via the LIFT membership.
→ 4 sessions over 28 days : CHF 280 (1 sessions per week)
→ 8 sessions over 28 days : CHF 520 (2 sessions per week)
When you sign-up for LIFT
You commit to 2 cycles of 28-days each (or 8 weeks) because real progress takes time

Once you buy your LIFT membership you’ll get an email to book a kickstart call to set your goals with a coach ! (also you can book a 10 min kickstart call before you buy obviously)

“ With Lift, my goals are to feel stronger and more fit (en forme en francais) With the first 4 sessions I already saw the progress and was able to lift really heavier after 4 weeks of deadlift. With LIFT I am more focused on the technique and building proper strength with new tools like the Barbell.
