At BEAT Fitness we speak with our members in initial Consultations and ongoing Goal Reviews. Thanks to this we can say for certain that many of our members would like to improve their  pelvic floor health; if you are reading this know that you are not alone!

Gentlemen, we are also talking to you! Pelvic floor problems are just as common in men and men will also benefit from this workshop; for example learning how good pelvic floor health can contribute to preventing lower back or hip injuries. 

The pelvic floor is a part of the body many people don't think about, or maybe even know exists, until it starts not doing its job. 

But with the right knowledge and guidance pelvic floor health problems can be managed and overcome.


Join us for a Pelvic Floor Workshop to improve your knowledge and learn training techniques to improve your pelvic floor health.

In this Pelvic Floor Workshop, except to learn about the anatomy of pelvic floor from both a clinical (Joffrey) and training (Géraldine) perspective. You will learn how the pelvic floor works and how it serves you. We will also discuss pelvic floor training and rehabilitation and learn a simple exercise routine to reinforce your pelvic floor.

Joffrey Smeets is a Sport Physiotherapy practitioner who graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy with a speciality in sport pathologies.

Joffrey has a very holistic vision of physiotherapy, which is sports and movement oriented. Joffrey’s down to earth realistic approach means he won’t give you exercises or recommendations that he knows you wouldn’t follow. Expect to learn actionable knowledge that you can put into practice immediately.

BEAT Fitness coach Géraldine Muller is a certified CrossFit coach, personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition coach. 

Géraldine’s passions are movement, nutrition, anatomy and personal development. Géraldine works closely with Joffrey to ensure her clients are following the correct movement protocols to achieve their fitness goals. Expect to learn how you can improve your pelvic floor health and how it will support your wider health and fitness goals.
