RUN is now a regular class at BEAT - just book your RUN class online with your membership or pay-as-you-go credits, meet at the studio and run with people like you! You can join a RUN class any time you like.

The best way to create a running habit is to commit to one of our RUN CLUB challenges.
Our first RUN CLUB challenge of 2025 is to train together for 12 weeks and run the 10KM or 20KM distance at the Lausanne 20KM on Sunday 4th May 2025.
Whether you’re aiming to finish your first race or improve your time, our team will help you build confidence and help you finish with a smile on your face.

To take on the challenge of the 10KM or 20KM distance at the Lausanne 20KM you need to train consistently. RUN CLUB helps with accountability through:

Training Plan
To train consistently for 12 weeks you need to stay injury free. By joining the RUN CLUB you have access to a 12 week training plan that progressively builds your fitness and confidence. Whether you run on Monday or Wednesday the class will be personalized to help you finish the 10 or 20KM in May with a smile on your face.

Our RUN CLUB members keep coming back for more. There's something special about training with a group of strangers who become friends as we train in all weathers and achieve something together that we couldn't do alone.
At the start of your 12 week journey RUN CLUB members will be welcomed to RUN CLUB with the exclusive members only RUN CLUB T-Shirt! LAUSANNE 20KM
The Lausanne 20KM includes the option to run 10 or 20km on Sunday 4th May 2025.
The 10KM routes take you along the lakefront whilst the eponymous 20KM route climbs up through Lausanne to the cathedral before plunging down the vallée de la jeunesse to the finish line in the Stade Pierre-de-Coubertin.
RUN CLUB will help you train for your chosen distance whether it is 10KM or 20KM!

How do I book into RUN classes?
Simply book with your usual credits (pay-as-you-go or membership) for sessions at 12:15 or 18:15 on Monday or 07:45 on Wednesday.
How do I join the RUN CLUB?
Buy the RACE PACK to commit to the challenge and join the RUN CLUB.
Do I have to participate in the Lausanne 20KM to join the RUN CLUB?
No, the RUN CLUB is open to everyone, whether you plan to join the race or not! Most people will be challenging themselves to run the 10KM or 20KM distance but if you want the accountability of getting progressively fitter over 12 weeks then buy the RACE PACK and explain your personal goals when you fill out the Accountability Form.
I’ve never run before / it’s been a long time since I last ran. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our goal is that ALL members of BEAT Fitness have running as a fitness tool, for life. We’ve designed the RUN CLUB for people like you. You just have to start.
Does buying the RACE Pack automatically enroll me in the RUN classes?
No, the RACE Pack doesn’t include RUN class credits – you’ll need to sign up for RUN classes using your usual credits (pay-as-you-go or membership).
How do I register for the Lausanne 10/20KM?
Visit the event website and choose either the 10 or 20 KM event on Sunday 4th May 2025.
