Q: Is the Kettlebell Workshop LEVEL 2 all level ?
No - to attend this workshop you need to be used to train with Kettlebell or have attended at least 1 kettlebell workshop
If you are not used to holding or training with kettlebells then we do not advise you to take this workshop.
However, during the summer you can join the Sunrise Kettlebell Club and/or join the Kettlebell workshop level 1 coming back soon
Q: Why is this 75 minutes?
75 minutes allows time to review the technique and have a proper and safe workout
How can I access the class?
You need to buy a workshop ticket to access that class.
CONDITIONS:
- Kettlebell ticket is only valid for the Kettlebell workshop Level 2 on Saturday 22.7.23 at 10:30
- The Kettlebell ticket is not refundable and not extendable
- The Kettlebell Workshop Ticket will be lost in case of No-Show
