TUESDAY: SUNRISE CLUB
Every Tuesday morning from 4 July to 5 September, join the Sunrise Club and train before everyone else
- SUNRISE RIDE @ 7:00 - Your morning cardio workout to get you to work full of energy.
- SUNRISE KETTLEBELL CLUB @ 7:00 - For an athletic wake-up class, with strength and good mood inside.
- SUNRISE YOGA @ 7:15 - To breathe, relax, stretch your muscles and start the day with serenity.
JEUDREDI: WORKOUT WITH FRIENDS

- RIDE 18:30
If you're more into sunset than sunrise, motivate your friends to take a class in the studio with you on Thursday evenings, sweat out your day and come out refreshed and ready to enjoy your Jeudredi night out!
From BEAT Fitness you can quickly get to Le Lacustre by metro and you're just a stone's throw from the open-air karaoke at Le Montriond (and ) or noodles at Umamido if you prefer to stay in the neighbourhood. You're welcome !
SUNDAY: HIIT IN THE PARK
Start Sunday morning strong with HIIT in Park de Milan @ 9:20 for a workout full of vitamin D!
